Grace Schirm
I’m a creative at heart, with a deep love for design, aesthetics, photography, home projects, and of course, real estate. I’m known for my attention to detail and high standards, but I’m just as comfortable rolling up my sleeves and getting the work done.
Over the past eight years, owning and operating Grace Marie Photography allowed me to grow not only creatively, but also in building strong client relationships. That experience sharpened my ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while confidently managing multiple tasks, large groups of people, and timelines.
More recently, my work as a real estate investor and Skogman realtor has further refined my eye for what makes a home successful in today’s market. It’s given me valuable insight into what buyers and sellers truly want, while also allowing me to build an extensive inventory of staging furniture and décor to help homes shine.
At the heart of it all, my goal is simple: to make every client’s experience feel personal, seamless, and truly unforgettable.

Joshua Schirm
Meet my better half, heavy lifter, home demo extraordinaire and wizard with an extended paint roller. He is a biomed engineer 9-5, and the best teammate a girl could ask for when the house projects call. You’ll likely see him around, and witness our friendly banter (he calls me “boss wife”) which I totally endorse.
A bit more about us
We have 3 children - one human, two canine - so if you’re a dog lover, I’m sure you can relate! When we are not working (or covered in paint), we love spending time with our family, being outdoors, traveling, going on new adventures, meeting new people, and making new friends.
